The 13th Air Transport Squadron is an inactive United States Air Force unit. Its last assignment was to the 2d Aircraft Delivery Group, Air Force Logistics Command, stationed at Dobbins Air Force Base, Georgia.
It was inactivated on 30 September 1970.

Activated as a C-46 Commando squadron at Pope Field, North Carolina, it deployed to Air Transport Command in India where the squadron flew the India to China route over the 'Hump'. It was inactivated in December 1943.
Reactivated in 1952 at Brookley Air Force Base, Alabama and equipped with C-124 Globemaster II intercontinental strategic transports, it flew long range strategic airlift missions in 1957 when the unit was inactivated as part of the Military Air Transport Service (MATS) pullout from Brookley.
The squadron was activated as part of the Military Assistance Program at Dobbins Air Force Base, Georgia in 1969. It delivered 619 aircraft of 35 types including F-4s, F-102s, NF-5/F-5s, B-66es, F-86es, C-130s, A-1H/Js, 0-2As, HH-53Cs, C-119s, C-54s and C-123s to Allied nations purchasing refurbished aircraft from the United States Air Force excess inventory. It was inactivated in 1970.
